Schedule on Elder Lingen's Birthday
Ok, so, today I woke up. Elder Holm and I went on a sprint workout around the city (we started later than we hoped, so we ran faster). We got home, showered and ate breakfast (I had Haferflocken, made on the stove just like we do at home with quick-oats). We then went shopping at Aldi (cost: 25 euros for about a week's worth of food, wahoo!), and got in our service clothes. We then spent 45 minutes driving to a Dorf near Rottweil (stopped quickly at the church, that's where I sent that short email earlier). We worked in a member's garden from 10 until 13, and ate lunch there. At 14 we set off to Sigmaringen. We saw some castles on the way, like the boxy looking one in the pictures, as well as a giant one in the distance (the picture of our navi has its name). After an hour of driving, we got their, looked at the castle, and saw the Zone leaders, and an ehepaar, the Lees! We got some Ice cream together, and then walked them to their car. We then climbed a hill on the other side of the river to get a better view of the castle, and wow! What a castle! It looks like Hogwarts, and I hear that the Prussian royal family still lives there! If I ever build another castle in minecraft, it will look like that! We took some cool pictures, went over the river, took some more pictures, and then we started back home. It was really cool there! We enjoyed some Lindsey Stirling on the way back, and got a call from Schwester Mohammad that she had left a paper in the church. After promising that we would get it (I was the one talking on the phone, BTW, yall should be proud of me!) we came here to the church, and started emails! The city of Sigmaringen was so cool! Its castle is my favorite, besides maybe one of the castles of King Ludwig, and it's like a european city, almost enough so that it feels just like "home."
